Relationships are vital to growing and we've found groups are where those relationships flourish. Team leaders take time to get to know their students. They connect with them outside of church by attending activities, showing an interest in their families and just being that other person in their life that listens and encourages.
Through these relationships, our team leaders focus on showing them how to live like Jesus. We want to create an environment where they can ask questions, learn, listen, and care for each other.
Ultimately, we want to mobilize them to be the church!
